 FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS

"Where two or more are gathered, there I am"

The Jukebox Generation
This is a group for couples in their fifties who enjoy socializing together on a frequent basis at a range of activities from concerts to sporting events. If you would like more information, please contact Phyllis Hill (phyllis_hill@comcast.net).

Singles 40-60 +/-
This group meets at least once a month -- typically a brunch after church is planned at a local restaurant and another activity is organized offsite. Events include concerts, theater, nature walks, sports events, day trips and many more. Contact Phyllis Rector if you are interested in participating, 482-8999.

Charles Wesley Club
This club began in 1937 as the Young Married Peoples' Society and continues through today providing potlucks, fellowship, and programs for congregation members of retirement age. It is named for Charles Wesley Brashares, pastor at First Church from 1934-44. Please contact Bob Dillon for information, 663-6351.

20/30s Fellowship Group
20/30 is a fellowship group of singles, couples, and families -- and as our name suggests, we are in our 20's & 30's. Most of us attend either Green Wood or First United Methodist Church of Ann Arbor. We enjoy a variety of activities together, such as bowling, camping, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. We also meet the first Sunday of every month for Bible study. Contact Rev. Tim Ziegler at the church for more information.

Men's Thursday Luncheon Club
This group dates back to 1937 and gathers weekly at Green Wood for lunch, fellowship, and programs by a variety of speakers from the church and Ann Arbor community. Contact David Church (wecdec@umich.edu ) if you are interested in participating in this program.

Christ Care Group
Study/Prayer small group meets some Thursday mornings. Newcomers welcome. Call Mary Rickloff (971-8415) if you'd like more information.

WowMoms
WowMoms (WOW = Women Of Wonder) gather each week on Tuesdays beginning at 9:30, September to June, to reflect on a selected reading and its application to their lives. WowMoms give fellowship and support to each other. Babysitting is available during meeting times for a small fee. Amy Kennedy coordinates this program, 994-4083.
