The Parish Nurses are available to the congregation for health education and counseling, to provide referrals to community resources, as coordinators of volunteers and support groups, and as interpreters of the close relationship between faith and health. They work closely with the clergy in areas of visistation, follow-up from hospital stays, and other aspects of congregational care.
