The Parish Nurse is available to the congregation for health education and counseling, to provide referrals to community resources, as a coordinator of volunteers and support groups, and as an interpreter of the close relationship between faith and health. The nurse works closely with the clergy in areas of visitation, follow-up from hospital stays, and other aspects of congregational care.

Office Hours
Jocelyn Burkhead holds weekly hours on Tuesdays from 11:30am - 3pm in the former Wesley office on the top floor (to the left as you exit the elevator). She is available to answer health questions, check blood pressures, or just listen to concerns.
