Events may be booked at either our downtown or Green Wood location through Adele Roy. All event requests are reviewed by clergy and staff members on a weekly basis.

The Sacrament of Christian Baptism is conducted during worship services and may be requested online. Request a Baptism date.

Feel free to check our Calendar if you have a particular date and room in mind. (Some internal events are not seen on this calendar -- always book your event through Adele to be sure that space is free.)

Once your event is scheduled we will need instruction on how to prepare the room(s).

If your event will require a special setup, please print and fill out a Room Setup Sheet (sometimes referred to as a "Green Sheet") for EACH ROOM and turn it in to the church office at least five days prior to your event.
