We a delighted to serve as a satellite venue and workshop host in partnership with the University of Michigan Men’s Glee Club’s upcoming 2017 symposium. In celebration of the University’s Bicentennial, the Men’s Glee Club is hosting Ambassadors of Song, an International Male Chorus Symposium taking place on November 10th & 11th, 2017. With world-renowned presenters and performances by premier choral groups, including the internationally-acclaimed Chanticleer, this fall weekend in Ann Arbor seeks to foster intellectual discourse and promote musical innovations of the future.

On Wednesday, November 8, two distinguished guest conductors, Paula Vassalo and Lhente Marie-Pitout will present a special opportunity for all choral lovers in a “Global Choral Workshop” featuring choral music from Portugal and South Africa. The workshop is co-sponsored by the University of Michigan Choral Department, FUMC Music Ministries, and Michigan ACDA Chapter.
