When can we catch our breath and just “be” in these crazy COVID times? Join us on Mindful Mondays, the new name and the new day for the Thursday Mindfulness Practice. We will still gather from 8-9 a.m. to learn simple techniques of mindfulness, but now on Mondays rather than Thursdays. The first Mindful Monday gathering will be Nov. 30.
