Celebrating Amy’s Ministry
Serving our congregation
While it’s never easy to say farewell to our staff, we can rejoice in the 11 years Amy Kennedy served our congregation and community as the Minister of Congregational Care. And while she is retiring from her staff role, we are grateful that this is not truly goodbye, as Amy will continue to be part of our church family.
Grace, faith & empathy
Reflecting on Amy’s service, Rev. Dr. Nancy Lynn shared, “Amy has a unique set of gifts that are perfect for the role she has filled with such compassion and grace. She also brought a deep faith into her work. She has a passion for liturgy and the written word, exceptional empathy, and a well of wisdom that we have been blessed to learn from and lean on for all of these years.”
Spiritual formation
In addition to her years of dedicated ministry, Amy recently completed her studies to become certified in Spiritual Formation. We wish her joy in her next adventures and look forward to seeing how God continues to work in her and through her!
