Conversations About Science & Religion
3rd Sunday of the month, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Calkins and Zoom
Join us for dialogue that moves us toward spiritual, community and social transformation. Our conversation topics include race and racism, immigration, culture and oppression. Resources have included books, videos, movies and more. Everyone is invited to come and join the conversation. Going beyond just learning and discussing, we will formulate a plan of action for topics addressed. The plan may include a proposal to church leadership, a communication with the congregation, the initiation of a specific project or something else – transforming conversation into action.
Disability Awareness Talks
4th Sunday of the month, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
Calkins and Zoom
Please join us to learn and share about the challenges that people with all sorts of disabilities and struggles encounter and also the gifts that they offer. Becoming more aware is the first step in being more inclusive and welcoming. Learn more about this offering.
Men of Faith
This is a group for men who want to gather to share spiritual program material, “God Sightings” and prayer. All men who are interested in growing their faith through study, sharing and prayer are welcome to join! Learn more about this offering.
