June 7, 2026 – Rev. Mantu Joshi
We are very pleased to have Rev. Mantu Joshi (pronounced Mun-too) on hand to preach this weekend. Mantu and his family moved to Ann Arbor from California when Heidi joined the faculty at U-M where she teaches family practice doctors. They have two children, currently in 7th and 11th grade. Mantu, a UMC elder, encourages and elevates people living through cancer as a spiritual care chaplain at Trinity Health in Ann Arbor. Mantu is a soccer ref and coach, a singer, and a lover and curator of Dad-jokes and all things Sci-Fi.
With humor and grace, Chaplain Mantu Joshi will relay some of the lessons learned in being a chaplain in a Cancer Center and how to process difficult life moments in ways that are more life giving.
