Want to learn how our church leadership works without making a long-term commitment? Experience “Taste and See” at FUMC!
This unique development program, created by the Committee on Lay Leadership (CLL), lets you test-drive a church committee for just three months.
How it works:
- Choose a committee: Pick from Finance, Trustees, CLL, Justice in Action, or the Leadership Council.
- Attend three meetings: Sit in on the first three meetings of the year (January, February, and March).
- Share your experience: Meet up with your fellow “Taste and See” peers to talk about what you learned.
- No strings attached: There is absolutely no expectation or pressure to join the committee permanently once the program ends.
